- Job Description
- ・ Visiting customers 40-60 customers a month (new customers 40%, existing customers 60%)
・ Call potential new customers in the future, make an appointment for a meeting, and introduce our company
product and service. And then, through regular visits and suggestions, we try to get new business opportunities.
・ Build good relationships with our business partners and other suppliers in the same plastic industry, and share
potential customer information for future new leads.
・ Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and propose solutions for factory automation based on
the environment of each customer’s factory.
・ Sales support to our distributors with engineering knowledge and solutions for automation for proposing our
product for end users.
・ Proposing take-out robots for injection moulding machines, various end-of-arm Tooling, Gate Cut systems, and insert
Molding systems, Stock Systems and other jigs are used to reduce manpower at factories.
・ Studying the injection moulding process and its downstream material hands-on in of customer’s factory, and providing
solution for automation.
・ Providing technical reports, preparing sales presentations, and explaining our product features and benefits.
・ Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
・ Suggesting product modification and updating or upgrading our robot functions.
・ Coordinate projects with other teams, such as the service engineers section, design section, and other office teams for
completing the projects.
・ Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and profitability of the company.
・ Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiating terms and prices.
・ Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, and provide regular reports and
recommendations to the management team. [Product] Take-out Robot, Palletizing robot - Requirement
- ・Male or Female
・25 – 32 years old
・Bachelor Degree in any related field
・Minimum 2 years experience as a sales executive or industrial sales
・Experiences in the manufacturing industry (plastic machinery and industrial goods)
・Engineering knowledge (Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering)
・Able to report, discuss, negotiate or make a presentation in English
・Communication skills with various departments of the customer and its management person
・Basic understanding of CRM software and proficiency in MS Office software
・Basic knowledge of engineering skills such as reading mechanical or electrical drawings
・Be familiar with Pneumatic Products, such as SMC
・Chinese Language (Preferrable)
・Driver’s License, and can drive a car (Car is provided by company) - Benefit
